Man Down UK is a non-profit Community Interest Company founded in Cornwall, dedicated to supporting men facing mental health challenges.

They run informal, peer-led talking groups across the UK, providing safe, judgment-free spaces where men can openly share their experiences and connect with others who truly understand. By encouraging honest conversation, Man Down UK works to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help reduce the number of male suicides. Together, we can end the silence and save lives.
